Phase 1: Anatomical Adaption - This phase prepares your body for the below phases that follow
Phase 2: Sport Specific Hypertrophy - This phase increases the size of prime mover muscles for your event.
Phase 3: Maximum Strength - This phase is sport specific volume and duration muscle strenght.
Phase 4: Conversion - This fase converts maximim strenghts into speed, power, agility and muscle endurances needed to excel.
Phase 5: Competitive - This phase is about perfomance peaking for events and during competitions.
Phase 6: Transition - This phase is about maintainance of all the above phases with detailed sport aand pime mover muscles group specific workouts.
Included will be fatige, muscles soreness and recovery.
