Option 1 - $50.00

 

Send me a short video clip of yourself performing the event you want analyzed, my software and coaching anaylsis will show:

 

1 - Your bodys key positions

 

2 - Personal form and event functions needed 

 

3 - Personal timing in event at key positions

 

4 - Verbal Coaching suggestions for improvement

 

 

5 - Written instructions for improvement

 

Prices includes shipping & handling of return DVD's.

 

 

 

Option 2 - $50.00, plus travel

 

Make an appointmant to be filmed, option 2 is a  single fixed video position

giving a unique view that can only be seen through video analysis allowing athlete    and coach visual tools for performance improvements

 

Option 2 includes the above 5 analysis in option 1

Prices includes shipping & handling of return DVD's.

 

 

 

Option 3 - $75.00, plus travel 

 

Make an appointmant to be filmed, option 3 is filmed from 2 seperate video positions that gives greater depth and unique views only seen through video analysis filming allowing athlete and coach greater tools to improve an athletes performance. 

 

Option 3 includes the above 5 analysis in option 1

Option 4 - $100.00, plus travel

 

Make an appointmant to be filmed, option 4 is filmed from 3 seperate video  positions through video analysis filming allowing athlete and coach greater tools to improve an athletes performance.

 Your personalized periodization program

 

A periodization program is a scienced based strength and conditioning plan created for your individual event.

 

  Your periodization program will contain:

 

Phase 1: Anatomical Adaption -  This phase prepares your body for the below phases that follow

 

Phase 2: Sport Specific Hypertrophy -  This phase increases the size of prime mover muscles for your event. 

 

Phase 3: Maximum Strength - This phase  is sport specific volume and duration muscle strenght.  

 

Phase 4: Conversion - This fase converts maximim strenghts into speed, power, agility and muscle endurances needed to excel.

 

Phase 5: Competitive - This phase is about perfomance peaking for events and during competitions.  

 

Phase 6: Transition - This phase is about maintainance of all the above phases with detailed sport aand pime mover muscles group specific workouts.

 

Included will be fatige, muscles soreness and recovery.

 

What Is need from to create this seasonal and yearly periodization  program.

         Events performed

         Level of athlete

         Physical fitness level

         Local events or competition you plan to attend

         State and Reginal events you plan to attend

 All equipment used to perform your event: including safety equipment, specific items and sizes, any adjusted or specialized features,Etc.

An athlete has many routines that make up an entire program to perform at their peak. workout routines included

 

 

  

Your Cost $40.00 for each program created
